This an inorganic course designed to meet the needs of students pursuing a science major in university or college. The course encompasses the following major areas: (1) Introduction, (2) atomic theory, (3) nature of chemical bonding, (4) energy relationships in chemical systems, and (5) chemical kinetics, thermodynamics and equilibrium. The five major areas covered will overlap to re-emphasize and build a sound foundation.

Prerequisite: Algebra I with a "C" grade or better.
