Human Anatomy and Physiology (P) (d)

Human anatomy and physiology offers a comprehensive survey of the structure and function of the human body. It is a specialized branch of biology. Some topics of study are: structure and functions of the cell, skeleton, muscle, respiration, heart and blood circulation, digestion of food and others. In addition, it provides the student with information relating to the prevention of diseases and improvement of the student's health and one's attitude toward it. Laboratory work and other student projects are part of the course. Also, student participation in classroom activities are an integral part of the course.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of Biology.
